The Park Ave area is one of Omaha’s greatest treasures. Represented by its rich history and incredibly diverse population, Park Ave has always been a vibrant place to live, work, play, and worship.
The greatness of Park Ave, however, didn’t “just happen.” No! Park Ave has been built by generations of people like you coming together to work hard and dream big about a community that can be enjoyed both current and future generations alike.
NOW is the time to come together again and craft the future for this special and unique area. There is so much good growth happening in Park Ave at this very moment; be a part of creating a plan and vision that guides that growth in a direction where everyone wins!

El area de Park Avenue es uno de los tesoros mas grandes de Omaha. Representada por su riqueza historica y su increible diversidad de gente, la Park Avenue ha sido siempre un lugar vibrante para vivir, divertirse y para meditar en Dios.
Lo grandioso del area de Park Avenue no se dio de la noche a la mañana. No! La Park Avenue ha sido construida por varias generaciones de personas que al igual que tu, llegaron a para trabajar duro para lograr el sueño de construir una comunidad que fuera agradable para la actual y futura generacion.
AHORA es el tiempo de juntarnos otra vez y diseñar el futuro de esta especial y unica area. Hay muchas cosas buenas que esta pasando en la Park Avenue en este mismo momento; se parte de este plan creativo y de esta vision que guiara este crecimiento a una direccion donde todos saldran ganando!
