The Poppleton Apartments will provide 51 units of quality, stable, and affordable housing for our neighbors – and is located just one block from inCOMMON’s Park Ave Neighborhood Resource Center, offering free workforce, education, financial, and youth programs.
inCOMMON partners with neighbors to transform vulnerable neighborhoods into places of strength and opportunity. As housing costs have surged, too many neighbors have been displaced from the community they call home. Displacement upends the lives of already struggling families, oftentimes forcing them to lose jobs, change schools, and become isolated from the people they love and depend on.
